Jack James, Owner and Vice President, Production, will oversee the building of your new home. His 35 years of experience ensure your job will run smoothly. He will also meet you on your job site during each phase of construction as part of our Hard Hat Program to ensure your satisfaction.
Rick Sucietto, Owner and Vice President, Sales, will help bring your dream to life by helping you navigate the design, selection and contract phases of building your new home. Rick's ability to design your dream home, while working within your budget, is second to none.
John Zeilman, Owner and President, handles "all things unseen." John is the one behind the scenes paying the bills, handling the accounting, marketing, planning and overall direction of the company. You'll see John at the office, on your job site or while designing your dream home. You'll also have his personal cell number should you ever have an issue... he will resolve it personally.
• FLEXIBILITY: We have many "Standard Plans," but we've never built 2 homes alike. You can personalize our plans (move walls, add or delete space, windows, doors, etc.) or we can design a totally custom home. You want it, we'll make it happen.
• QUALITY: Every builder talks about quality, but quality is not determined solely by the product or its name brand... true quality is determined more by HOW an item is installed. Overseeing the job (by an experienced builder) and ensuring that everything is installed to the manufacturers specifications is the true mark of quality.
