You might be asking yourself, "Why would a builder give me an incentive to use their preferred lender?" By using a lender whose policies and procedures we know, it will save us time, headaches and ultimately will make the project run smoother.
If you chose a lender that is not on our Preferred Lender list, they must be approved by Zeilman-James Homes, Inc. They must meet our lender criteria (see a Sales Consultant for details).
