Initial Consultation
The Discovery Meeting is the first step in bringing your new home to life. We'll discuss your vision, budget, timeline, and design preferences, then review floor plan options and customization opportunities—whether you choose one of our plans or bring your own. We'll explain the homebuilding process, including financing, site preparation, utilities, permitting, and construction. We'll also prepare a detailed cost estimate and review the building contract so you can move forward with confidence.

Building Preparation
Before construction can begin, several important preparation steps must be completed. Our team will work closely with you throughout this phase to ensure all requirements are met and the process stays on schedule.
Key steps in this phase:
- Final approval of home plans
- Completion of the site plan & house staking
- Application & approval of all required permits
- Construction driveway installation
- Setup of utility service accounts
- Selections
- Installation of a temporary electrical service pole
- Final loan closing
- Pre-Construction Meeting with our owner & Project Manager

Construction
Construction is completed in several key phases, including foundation, framing, mechanical systems, and finishes. During each stage, you'll see your new home come to life as your vision becomes reality.
Your dedicated Project Manager will keep you informed with regular progress updates, answer your questions, and guide you through each step of the building process. From groundbreaking to final completion, we're committed to making your homebuilding experience smooth, transparent, and enjoyable.

Pre-Settlement, Final Walkthrough & Closing
Before closing, you will meet with your Project Manager at your new home to complete a Pre-Settlement Walkthrough and create a Pre-Settlement List (commonly called a punch list). This is your opportunity to identify any items that need attention before your final walkthrough and move-in.
During your final walkthrough, your Project Manager will show you how key systems in your home operate, including the HVAC system, electrical panel, water heater, lighting controls, and other important features.
You’ll also receive a folder with warranties and helpful homeowner information. After reviewing and signing the final documents and making your final payment, including any outstanding change orders, your Project Supervisor will hand you the keys to your new home.
