John Zeilman brings decades of experience in sales, marketing, and management, having worked in the homebuilding industry since 1994. John leads the company with a principle that defines everything we do: “Tell the truth and do the right thing…always.” It’s more than a motto — it’s a promise you’ll feel in every interaction with our team.
Jack James complements that vision with deep, hands-on building expertise. With a career that began in 1978, Jack has owned both a custom homebuilding company and a framing company and has served as a Production Manager for a large regional builder. He oversees every aspect of the construction process, ensuring precision, efficiency, and exceptional craftsmanship. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence make the building journey smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable.
