Great Customer Experience from Batavia, Ohio Area

Quality home. I like the 2×6 exterior walls and plywood wall sheathing. Much better than foam board walls. The builder has a good eye for detail. I had to properly slope the z-flashing above the garage door and added a small gap between the j channel and z flashing. Not too big of a problem. Could have used a couple piers and support to stiffen up the floors under the master bedroom. I’d build with them again.
